Hill and Alexandra Hill, who spent decades building and running one of the region's most respected engineering firms, alongside Principal Engineer Jack Archambault, the licensed engineer of record on our coastal and civil work. Behind them is a team of engineers, project managers, and field staff who carry each project from first submittal to final inspection.

Our home base is Southwest Florida, close to the coastal and waterfront projects that define the work. From here we take on coastal, civil, and environmental projects statewide, on the shoreline and inland.
Florida licensure means we can carry a project from pre-application through permitting and construction anywhere in the state, with the same complete files and agency relationships that keep timelines moving.
