Kelly brings decades of experience building teams for Florida civil site development, environmental consulting, project leadership, and regulatory coordination for efficient follow-through. He built and led one of the region's most respected firms in its niche before founding Blue Arc.

His focus is relationships: with clients, with contractors, and with the reviewing agencies that decide whether a project moves. He knows what a complete file looks like and what it takes to keep one moving.

Alex guides company operations, communication standards, and team production to help ensure each project is delivered with clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

She keeps the schedule, the agencies, and the build aligned across every active file, and she is often the person making sure a client's question gets a real answer the same day.

Jack leads coastal and civil engineering services, providing technical direction for waterfront development, environmental assessments, ERP permitting, coastal permitting, agency coordination, and client-focused project delivery.

As the licensed engineer of record on Blue Arc's coastal and civil work, he is the technical face of every project, from the pre-application meeting through construction observation.
